(MUSCATATUCK) - Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge will celebrate Wetland Day from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., Saturday, March 17, at the refuge.
The day will include wetland crafts and a guided wetland walk. The walk will begin at 12:30 p.m., starting at the visitor center.
Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge also says this time of year is a great time for duck viewing at the refuge and many different species of migrant waterfowl should be visible from the auto tour route.
The event is free and anyone interested in wildlife and outdoors.
