(MUSCATATUCK) - Space is still available in the Project WILD and Project WET workshop April 7 at Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge.
The free workshop will start at 9 a.m. at the refuge Visitor Center and will end at 3:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided by the Muscatatuck Wildlife Society.
Project WILD and WET are curriculum guides featuring fun and interactive ways of teaching students about wildlife and wetlands.
The workshop will be of special interest to teachers, scout leaders and home-school parents who work with youngsters.
The curriculum guides will be provided free to those completing the workshop by the Wildlife Education branch of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. In-service credit is available for teachers who complete the workshop. To register, or for information about the workshop, contact the refuge office or e-mail Muscatatuck@fws.gov.
