(BEDFORD) - A Springville woman complained of pain after the vehicle she was in was hit in the parking lot of the Marathon Station.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 66-year-old Joyce Henderson was sitting in a parked 2003 Lexus RX3 in Jackson Mini Mart when a 2003 Pontiac Montana hit the bumper of the car, Thursday afternoon.
Police say there was a black mark on the bumper.
Henderson told police she felt the car shake and that the driver of the other vehicle then pulled off.
However police looked at video tapes and didn't notice Henderson's vehicle shake. From that information he was able to talk to the driver of the van, 43-year-old Gina Gregory, of Bedford, who had purchased gas and used her debit receipt.
Gregory told the officer she didn't realize she had hit the other vehicle.
