(MITCHELL) - Two men were arrested Saturday afternoon after police stopped them for driving a stolen vehicle.
Lawrence County Police arrested 26-year-old William "Colt" Burton and 23-year-old Cacey Burton, both of Orleans.
Police stopped the Burtons just after 3 p.m. in the JayC parking lot in Mitchell. They were driving a 2003 Jeep Liberty that had been reported stolen.
Colt was charged with auto theft, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, reckless possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while driver's license suspended, maintaining a common nuisance, and a warrant to revoke probation.
Cacey was charged with auto theft, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, reckless possession of drug paraphernalia.
