(BEDFORD) - A Bedford woman was arrested Monday night for driving while intoxicated after she failed to negotiate a curve and crashed her car into a large rock.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 25-year-old Mallory Phillips was traveling north on Church Camp Road when she failed to negotiate a curve and drove her 1999 Mercury off the roadway, hit a large rock in the yard of Myron Thomas and then drove through his flower bed and back onto the roadway.
Phillips was not injured in the crash, but was arrested and taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
