(BEDFORD) - 19-year-old Sonja Gould, of Bedford, suffered a head injury when she lost control of her moped and crashed at the intersection of 14th and J Streets Monday night.
According to a Bedford Police Department report, Gould was traveling south on J Street and was approaching 14th Street when she attempted to change lanes and the front tire of the moped got caught in the railroad tracks causing her to be thrown from the moped.
She was taken by ambulance to IU Health Bedford Hospital for treatment.
