(COLUMBUS) - A 32-year-old Columbus man was taken to Columbus Regional Hospital after he stabbed himself at the east-side WalMart.
Columbus police responded at 5 a.m. Tuesday at the store and found the man leaning against the store entrance with blood on his shirt. Police say the man used a fishing knife he got in the store to stab himself in the torso.
It is undetermined why the man stabbed himself, but police believe he was on the phone at the time of the incident.
