(SPRINGVILLE) - Three people were injured after a collision at the intersection of Ind. 54 West and Old Farm Road Sunday afternoon.
According to a Lawrence County Police report 18-year-old Haley Kidd, of Springville ran the stop sign and collided with a vehicle driven by Jessica Dilger, of Scottsburg.
Kidd was arrested for driving while intoxicated resulting in injuries, operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing endangerment, and operating a vehicle under a controlled substance.
Jessica Dilger complained of neck pain. Her passengers 5-year-old Gregory Dilger, had a head abrasion and 35-year-old Greg Dilger, suffered a cut to his lower leg.
Kidd's passenger 18-year-old Kenzi Cox, of Bedford, complained of neck pain. Cox had to be freed from the vehicle by Perry Volunteer Fire Department.
