(BLOOMINGTON) - It’s that time of year again. It’s commencement season for soon-to-be IU graduates.
IU President Michael McRobbie is scheduled to preside over the 2012 commencement ceremonies on all seven IU campuses - 18,019 students are eligible to receive their IU degrees.
In addition, 1,252 Purdue University degrees will be presented through the IU-Purdue University Indianapolis campus, according to a press release.
The Bloomington campus will present 8,829 degrees during its 183rd commencement through three ceremonies, one for graduate students and the other two for undergraduate students.
The students issuing the student address were also recently selected:
Sunjay Gorawara, with majors in finance and entrepreneurship, as well as a minor in public and environmental affairs; and Lauren Sedam of the Indiana Daily Student with majors in journalism and English, as well as a minor in psychology.
