(PEKIN) - The Pekin branch of PNC Bank was reportedly robbed this morning.
Law enforcement authorities are saying the suspect walked into the bank and showed a teller a note. He was believed to be armed and apparently did leave the bank with cash.
The robbery suspect is described as a male wearing a black shirt and blue jeans. He has brown hair styled in a buzz cut and is heavily tattooed.
He is believed to have left on foot.
The bank is now on lockdown as law enforcement authorities respond. More on this story as information becomes available.
