(BLOOMINGTON) - A woman asking Bloomington police to kick out two men living with her reported that one of them raped her three weeks ago, Bloomington Police Department Lt. Bill Parker said.
The woman, 19, told police she has been dating the suspect, 22, for five years. He and another man have been living with her and her brother in an apartment, Parker said.
The woman said she and her brother have been urging the two men to move out for the last three weeks, Parker said, but the two men refused. The woman called police Sunday at about 8:30 p.m. to kick them out.
The woman told police during the on-scene interview that the man she had dated had raped her three weeks ago, Parker said.
The investigation is ongoing, and a detective has been assigned to it, Parker said.
