(PAOLI) - Sterlen Shane Keller was found not guilty late Thursday night of murdering 79-year-old Robert Collier of Orleans.
An Orange Circuit Court jury was handed the case shortly after 2 p.m. and deliberated for a little more than seven hours before returning the verdict.
He was charged in the death of Robert Collier, 79, Orleans.
Keller was convicted on charges of theft, auto theft, burglary and failure to report a body.
Orange Circuit Court Judge Larry Blanton said sentencing will be set within the next 30 days.
