(GREENE COUNTY) - Trash along the side of the road led Indiana State Police to arrest a Greene County couple on multiple drug-related charges.
In a probable cause affidavit filed with Greene Circuit Court by ISP trooper Kent Rohlfing troopers found approximately 30 empty boxes of pseudoephedrine boxes on Greene County Line Road about 100 yards from the trailer of 25-year-old Jeremy Hall, of Bloomington.
Police say pseudoephedrine logs show hall along with his girlfriend 24-year-old Alicia Turley purchased large amounts of the drug over a period of five months. Police went to hall's home on east shady meadows drive, in Bloomington, but he refused to let police search his home because he said he had marijuana in the house.
Troopers obtained a warrant, returned and found items in the kitchen and hall's bedroom used in the making of meth. Outside of the home, officers found two empty pseudoephedrine boxes and two "one-pot" reaction vessels. Approximately 10 grams of "white sludge" was removed from one of the vessels and field tested positive for meth.
Hall and Turley are facing charges of dealing meth; possession of at least three grams of meth, possession of two or more chemical reagents or precursors with intent to manufacture; maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana.
