(BEDFORD) - A 4-year-old little girl got her head stuck in a washing machine Thursday night and had to be freed by firefighters.
Bedford Fire Department Battalion Chief Stephen Haverly says the little girl was not injured, but a little scared.
When firefighters arrived at 10:48 p.m. at 15 Day Court they found the 4-year-old with her head stuck in the washing machine.
"Firefighters removed the cap from the auger and were able to maneuver her around, freeing her," Haverly said. "EMS took over from there."
