(BEDFORD) - Bedford Police officers arrested another individual in the joint effort of the department and the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department to take drugs off the streets.
24-year-old Dustin Johnson of Bedford was arrested Tuesday on two counts of dealing and possession of schedule II controlled substance.
Last Friday officers from three departments made 10 arrests on 42 drug-related charges throughout the county.
Charges ranged from maintaining a common nuisance to dealing methamphetamine.
The arrests were a result of ongoing investigations by the Lawrence County Drug Task Force, dating back to the first of the year.
