(NINEVEH) - Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating an ATV accident that took place Saturday evening on private property in rural Johnson County.
Jared W. Sneed, 32, of Nineveh, was attempting to maneuver up a steep hill in a wooded area when the ATV flipped and landed on top of him.
Sneed was able to call family members in the area for help by using his cell phone.
Sneed was transported to IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis by ambulance with head and chest trauma. He is currently listed in stable condition.
Indiana Conservation Officer Jon Fennig is investigating the incident.
