(WASHINGTON) - Three Daviess County residents face drug charges following an overnight investigation.
State police and deputies from Daviess County responded to 2234 West Old National Highway in Washington. Officers were acting on information that illegal drug activity was taking place at the address.
The preliminary investigation led to enough probable cause to obtain a search warrant. During the search, meth making materials and illegal drugs were found.
All three of the home's occupants were arrested without incident.
52-year-old Tammy D. Moore is charged with conspiracy to commit dealing in meth and several possession charges.
27-year-old Zachary E. Harner was arrested on 4 possession charges and for maintaining a common nuisance.
32-year-old Andrew L. Hill was charged with visiting a common nuisance and two possession charges.
