(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was injured after he was thrown from his moped Sunday afternoon.
The accident happened at 14th and J Streets.
According to a Bedford Police report 33-year-old Phillip Baker, of Bedford, was traveling south on J Street and tried to change lanes when his moped tire got stuck in the railroad tracks. He was thrown from the moped and suffered abrasions to both his big toes, his right elbow and complained of pain in his tailbone.
He was taken to St. Vincent Dunn Hospital for treatment and released.
His brother Micka Baker owned the moped.
