(BEDFORD) - A Bedford boy was injured after he rode his bike into the path of a vehicle Wednesday afternoon.
According to a Bedford police report, the 10-year-old suffered contusions and bruises to his leg and foot.
Police say 49-year-old Carol Johnson was stopped at the stop light on H Street, when the light turned green, Johnson started to make a right turn onto U.S. 50 and that is when the child rode his bike in front of Johnson's vehicle.
The boy was knocked from his bike and was taken to IU Health Hospital with minor injuries.
