(BLOOMINGTON) - A 35-year-old man was taken to the hospital with a bloody nose after he reportedly flipped the van he was driving early Wednesday morning in College Mall’s parking lot.
Emergency responders were called to 530 S. College Mall Road for a report of an inverted van about 6:30 a.m.
When they arrived, they found a black Oldsmobile Silhouette van on its top, according to Bloomington police Sgt. John Kovach.
The driver told police that as he was headed south through the parking lot and making a turn, he felt something shift in the back of his van so he turned to look. He then reportedly hit a curb and flipped the van.
The man was taken to the hospital with a bloody nose and a complaint that he was dizzy, Kovach said.
