(DAVIESS COUNTY) - The Daviess County Health Department will sponsor immunization clinics for children under the age of 19 years from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Eastside Park Community Building and from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. June 26, at the Odon Community Building.
An immunization record is required.
There is an $8 administration fee for each injection.
Children under 18 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult.
You may also call 254-8666 to schedule your child for an appointment for immunizations.
