(FREDERICKSBURG) - 28-year-old Jeremy Yocum, of Fredericksburg, was arrested Wednesday morning after he allegedly pulled a gun and fired several shots into the air while in an argument with his brother.
According to Indiana State Police Trooper Nathan Teusch police went to the home of Yocum around 8:50 a.m. after a complaint that the two men were in a domestic fight.
Teusch Yocum's younger brother came to the house in the 10,000 block of South Kay's Chapel Road and the two men were talking when the discussion escalated into an argument.
The fight continued in the middle of the road and that is when Yocum pulled a gun and began firing. No one was injured during the shooting.
