(CROTHERSVILLE) - A Scott County man wanted for dealing drugs was arrested Wednesday evening in Crothersville.
According to a press release from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg, Raymond K. May II, 35, was arrested after an off-duty Scott County officer saw him at an apartment complex in Crothersville.
Police reported the off-duty officer was in Crothersville on official business when he saw May and knew he was wanted. The officer arrested May, who was taken to Scott County Jail on a Scott County warrant for dealing in cocaine or a narcotic drug, a Class B felony, and maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony.
May's arrest is the result of an investigation of several months conducted by state police detectives from Sellersburg, police said.
