(UNDATED) - 40-year-old Larry Tressel, of Washington was sentenced to 45 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to stabbing his then wife 32-year-old Tabatha on September 23, 2010.
According to a probable cause affidavit the couple had been in an argument about Larry selling Tabatha's DVDs for beer money prior to an altercation in the yard of the couple's apartment building on East Main Street. There the neighbors found Tabatha bleeding from two stab wounds to the chest.
Larry fled the scene and was arrested a short time later.
