(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell woman was arrested after Lawrence County police determined she was driving drunk.
According to a police report 51-year-old Debra Prince, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a passenger under 18-years-old, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.
Police say Prince was traveling southwest on Kings Ridge Road near the intersection of Felknor Road and had came around a corner and drove her 2003 Jeep Liberty across the center line and hit a 2003 Dodge Stratus traveling north east and driven by 27-year-old Ann Pferrer, of Mitchell.
Pferrer complained of abdomen and hip pain and was taken to IU Health Hospital for treatment.
Prince and her passenger, Courtney Grissom were not injured.
