(UNDATED) - Summer grilling can taste great, but it can also help you to pack on the pounds.
Not only that, some of the chemicals caused by grilling have been found to cause cancer, but is there a healthy way to do it?
Dr. Douglas Rex with IU Health says there a quite a few healthy options you can do out on the grill.
Rex says balance grilling habits with eating healthy food that has a lot of anti-oxidants. "Think about vegetables, regardless of how rich they are in fiber, but fruits and vegetables also have anti-oxidants that can be helpful, a lot of the more colorful ones, vegetables in the cabbage family are very good in that regard."
