(BEDFORD) - The trial for 82-year-old Oscar Webb scheduled for Tuesday in Lawrence County Circuit Court was continued until October 16th at 9 a.m.
Webb was charged with sexual misconduct with a minor.
Webb and his then wife Alisa, who was charged with aiding sexual misconduct with a minor were arrested after police say the couple asked a 15-year-old family member to perform sexual acts on Oscar Webb in exchange for a trampoline
Police say Webb who owned webb's tax service and a former wal-mart employee admitted to the crime.
48-year-old Alisa Webb, who is mentally challenged, pleaded guilty to the crime in May and was sentenced to 365 days in jail, with all of that time suspended and placed on 365 days of probation.
The girl has been placed with a relative.
