(BROWN COUNTY) - A Brown County man is facing charges of Child Molestation after a Tuesday afternoon arrest.
The Brown County Sheriff's Department says at 1 p.m. that day, dispatch received a call of a domestic situation at 7512 Lick Creek Road.
Deputies responded to the scene and investigated that incident. No arrest was made at that time.
At 3:39 p.m. an allegation of Child Molestation was made, resulting in an investigation and the subsequent arrest of 60 year-old James Reed. Once Reed was placed in the jail vehicle, he kicked out the back passenger window.
Reed was transported and booked into the Brown County Jail. He is being held without bond.
