(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell Man was battered and robbed while in the 100 block of West Frank Street early Sunday morning.
According to Mitchell Police, the victim says four men were wearing bandanas over their face and attacked him, taking $40.
The men then ran from the scene.
The man was able to drive to a friend's home at the corner of Second Street and Grissom Avenue and called 911.
The man told police he saw the four men run North from Frank Street. Police tried to locate the men but were unable to find them.
The man suffered minor injuries and complained of being dizzy and neck pain, but refused medical attention. He told police that he was going to his aunt's home for aspirin and ice.
