(HELTONVILLE) - Three people were injured after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Bartlettsville and Pleasant Run roads Sunday night.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 56-year-old Beverly Nelson, of Heltonville, was traveling north on Bartlettsville Road when 20-year-old Dustin Taylor, of Heltonville, pulled his 1989 Chevrolet truck into the path of Nelson's 2006 Jeep Liberty.
After impact Nelson's jeep continued north into the ditch. Taylor's truck slid 105 feet.
Police say Nelson was traveling at an unsafe speed for weather conditions.
Nelson and her passenger 58-year-old George Nelson, of Heltonville, complained of pain.
Police found Taylor on the ground next to his truck. He suffered possible internal injuries and complained of body pain.
