(NASHVILLE) - A rural Trafalgar teen was found about 10 miles away from home after police and his family searched for him overnight Sunday.
The "Daily Journal" reports the 15-year-old boy was found at a gas station in Brown County just before 5 a.m. Monday. His mother, Angela Farrell, had been searching for him since 6 p.m. Sunday and reported him missing just before midnight, according to a police report on the incident.
Farrell told police her son is mildly autistic and had been upset by his grandfather's death earlier that week. He had been playing outside while she made dinner, and when she went to look for him, she couldn't find him, the report said.
