(BEDFORD) - An 11-year-old Bedford boy was arrested after he sent a naked picture of himself in a text message to a Bedford girl.
The girl's parents contacted police after seeing the photo.
Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley says the boy was charged with dissipation of matter or conduct performance harmful of a minor. The boy was released to his father.
