(BEDFORD) - A Bedford woman was injured after a pick-up truck pulled into the path of a her car Wednesday night.
48-year-old Paula Underwood complained of neck pain and refused medical treatment at the scene. She told police she would take herself to the hospital.
According to a Bedford Police report, 20-year-old Jordan Taylor, of Bedford, was in the turn lane of U.S. 50 waiting to turn left onto James Avenue and that is when a vehicle traveling west in the left lane of U.S. 50 stopped and waived him to turn.
Taylor made the turn and that is when his 2009 Ford Ranger collided with the front driver's side of Underwood's 2001 Buick Century.
Taylor was not injured in the crash.
