(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police are looking for two men that allegedly carried a 40-year-old woman to her apartment early Sunday morning.
The woman told police she is not sure how she got home or what happened to her that night.
According to a police report, the woman said she had been drinking at the Upstairs Pub on Kirkwood Avenue and was walking home after leaving the bar about 12:30 a.m.
She told police she believes she blacked out and awoke with emergency workers standing over her.
A woman who lives near the former Third Street Park, called police and told them two tall men - one white and the other black - had carried the woman up to the building where she lived.
The men told the caller they had found the woman on the sidewalk and offered to help her home. But the men left before police arrived. When police arrived they found the woman extremely intoxicated and she was taken to an area hospital for evaluation.
The woman also had scratches on her arms and knees and was not sure how she got them because she could not remember what happened and thinks she may have been sexually assaulted.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Bloomington Police.
