(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington assistant football coach who was accused of showing nude photos to his players, had the charges filed against him dropped.
Court records show 26-year-old Derrick Hill was in court on August 2 for what was supposed to be a final hearing before heading to trial. However, the prosecutor moved to dismiss the case.
The clerk was told to release and return the cash bond issued to Hill.
Hill lost his job after football players told school officials Hill was showing them nude pictures of women on his cell phone. He told police he didn't intentionally show the boys the photos.
