(MITCHELL) - Seniors age 50 and older have until Sept. 3 to register for the annual Senior Games, sponsored by Hoosier Uplands Area XV Agency on Aging.
Games include golf, bowling, horseshoes, corn hole, bingo and cards.
The 26th annual Senior Games will take place Sept. 10-13. The Mitchell Community Building is the primary site of the games, with golf being played at Otis Park and bowling at Broadview Bowl. A closing ceremony is set for Sept. 13 with a dinner and dance. Classic Country Band will perform.
The first 100 people to register will receive a free T-shirt. Registration is required for the games and to attend the dinner/dance. To register for the dinner/dance, call Hoosier Uplands, 849-4457.
