(UNDATED) - A hunter education class will be Sept. 15 and 16 at the Brownstown Central Community School Corp.’s superintendent’s office, 608 W. Commerce St., Brownstown.
Another calls will be held in Odon.
A hunter education certificate is required for anyone born after Dec. 31, 1986, to obtain a hunting license.
The Sept.15th class in Brownstown will begin at 8:30 a.m. and continue through 4 p.m. The Sept.16 session begins at 1 p.m. and ends at 5 p.m.
Participants must attend both sessions and pass a test to receive hunter education certification. An adult must accompany any child younger than 12 to the classes.

The next Daviess County Hunter Education Course will be held September 18th,19th , and 20th with range day on the 22nd.
Course times are from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm for the 18th, 19th, and 20th , with range day beginning at 8:15 am on the 22nd.
The course will be held at the Simon J Graber Complex. 9164 E 875 N, Odon 47562.
