(MORGAN-MONROE STATE FOREST) - Indiana Conservation Officers arrested three men Tuesday for public indecency at Morgan-Monroe State Forest near Martinsville.
The DNR Law Enforcement Division received complaints regarding indecent acts being committed near the Bryant Creek Shelter House.
A plain clothes officer arrested the following individuals:
David E. Alspaugh, 72, of Greenwood, arrested for public indecency and public nudity.
Charles M. Grant, 62, of Mooresville, arrested for public indecency and public nudity.
Douglas P. Neeley, 52, of Bloomfield, arrested for public indecency and battery.
The three men were cited and released at the scene.
Their initial hearing will be on September 20th in Monroe County.
