(ENGLISH) - The criminal trial for former Paoli Community Schools Superintendent 69-year-old Alva Sibbit Jr. is scheduled for September 25th in Crawford Circuit Court.
Bedford Defense Attorney Scott Callahan will be representing Sibbit.
Sibbitt was arrested Dec. 9, 2010 after he allegedly rammed the Paoli Community Schools van he was driving into a parked patrol car.
According to Indiana State Police Trooper Robert Lambert, Sibbit was charged with resisting law enforcement, intimidation; resisting law enforcement; criminal recklessness and criminal mischief.
