Greensburg School System Sued After Student Commits Suicide

(GREENSBURG) - The Greensburg School System is being sued by the mother of a 15-year-old boy who was allegedly bullied into committing suicide.

Indianapolis Attorney Tom Blessing says the school system is partly to blame for the death of Billy Lucas because they didn't intervene.

The wrongful death lawsuit claims Lucas was a target because of his learning disability, ethnicity and because some classmates thought he was gay.
