Gun Found At Washington Avenue And 29th Street

(BEDFORD) - A Bedford Street Department employee reported finding a gun in a trash bag at the intersection of Washington Avenue and 29th Street.

According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley, the worker picked up a black trash bag and inside was the gun.

Parsley says the gun had not been reported stolen.

Parsley says the gun will remain at the department until the rightful owner claims it.
