(BEDFORD) - A Mitchell man was injured in a wreck Thursday afternoon involving an SUV and two semi tractors and trailers.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 41-year-old David Barker, of Mitchell, was complained of abdomen and pelvic pain and was taken to a local hospital of treatment.
According to police, Barker was traveling eastbound on U.S. 50 West at Stumphole Bridge Road when a semi driven by 65-year-old Gary Redrow, of Loogootee, stopped in front of him to turn.
Barker stopped behind the truck, but a man driving a semi behind him didn't see the two vehicles stopped.
The second semi, driven by Larry Kewitt, 65, North Vernon, rear-ended Barker's Chevrolet Equinox, causing the vehicle to overturn.
