(BEDFORD) - Police arrested 32-year-old Dustin Lane, of Bedford, Saturday night for making meth in his garage.
Lane was charged with manufacturing meth, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana and reckless possession of paraphernalia.
A press release from Oolitic Town Deputy Marshal Bill Allen says police received a tip that Lane was making meth in the garage of his home in Green Hill Addition. Police found a one-pot meth lab in the garage.
Allen was assisted with the investigation and arrest by Oolitic reserve officer Jeff Franklin. Indiana State Police trooper Jon Patrick cleaned up the meth lab.
Lane remained in jail this morning on $200,000 cash or surety bond.
