(BLOOMFIELD) - The Indiana Department of Transportation is announcing that State Road 45 will be closing near Bloomfield.
Beginning Monday, October 22, crews will be closing State Road 45 for bridge construction where I-69 intersects existing State Road 45.
The road will be closed from State Road 58 to the junction of State Road 54, however local traffic will have access to the point of closure.
It is scheduled to re-open to traffic by the end of the November, weather permitting.
The official detour will route traffic on State Road 58 and State Road 54.
INDOT reminds motorists to follow the posted work zone speed limit, use caution and consider worker safety when traveling through a work zone.
