(WASHINGTON) - A fire at a mobile home at Vine and Wright Streets in Washington was destroyed late Sunday evening.
When Washington Police Capt. Steve Mize arrived at 11:37 p.m. the trailer was engulfed in flames.
Washington Fire Chief Dave Rhoads says no one was at home when the fire started.
Neighbors say Shawn Carrico was living in the trailer.
A pit bull was found at the trailer and taken to the animal shelter.
Rhoads says firemen were at the scene until 1 a.m.
Rhoads says the cause of the fire is undetermined and the trailer and its contents were destroyed.
