According to police, two girls were walking to a home in the 900 block of East Walnut Street after attending Haunted High on Oct. 6th when a man began following them. The man knew one of the girls and stopped to talk to her. Police say the girl told the man she didn't want him to talk to her and the girl that lived at the home asked him to get off the property.
