(JASPER) - Jasper police arrested a Washington man for possession of precursors for the manufacturing of meth on Tuesday night.
Police were notified by a witness from an ongoing investigation that 32-year-old James C. Hubbard, of Washington, was at a home in the 600 block of West Sixth Street in Jasper.
Police were looking for Hubbard for questioning and responded to that location at about 9:56 p.m. When they arrived and found Hubbard.
Police say he was in possession of the precursors for manufacturing meth.
Hubbard was charged with possession of precursors and booked into the Dubois County Security Center at 10:57 p.m. and was being held on a $750 cash bond.
