(BEDFORD) - The Our Heroes’ Tree stands in the Bedford Public Library’s adult services section through Veteran’s Day.
After that, the tree transforms into The Giving Tree, which collects new children's hats, gloves, scarves and mittens.
The Giving Tree expands this year to partner with Hoosier Uplands in their Socks for Seniors campaign. So new socks in adult sizes may also be added to the tree.
Donations will be distributed in our community just before the December holidays.
