(BLOOMINGTON) - Indiana University is urging basketball fans to follow similar parking guidelines as they do for football games - arrive early, choose alternative routes when necessary and to be courteous with other drivers.
The biggest problem is construction, which continues on the east side of Assembly Hall along the Indiana Route 45/46 Bypass. Traffic restrictions will be put in place 45 minutes before tip-off.
School officials are worried that delays could cause some fans to arrive late to basketball games this season. They've posted additional game-day routes on the athletic department's web site.
Game-day updates will be available through email from the Indiana athletic department and by following @IUBPublicSafety on Twitter.
