(UNDATED) - The case of missing Indiana University student Lauren Spierer will be in the national spotlight when her parents appear on “Katie.”
Robert and Charlene Spierer are set to tape a segment for Katie Couric's daytime talkshow Monday.
The episode could air sometime next week.
Lauren Spierer was last seen walking toward her Bloomington apartment the morning of June 3, 2011, after a night out with friends.
"I know someone has the information that could help us find Lauren," Charlene Spierer said in a recent letter posted on the family's Facebook page. "The not knowing is almost unbearable. What we want more than anything is to show Lauren the respect she deserves by bringing her home. Hasn't she already paid for her mistakes with the ultimate sacrifice?"
"Katie" airs at 3 p.m. weekdays on RTV6.
